around here....

we've been slowly getting ready for the holidays, doing a lot of dog sitting, a bit of sewing, and trying to get some sleep. some of those things are working better than others. ;) i'm looking forward to spending some time with my family and friends in the next couple of weeks. and i hear we've got a couple of snowstorms headed our way. winter is here...
